He earned a Business Information System degree from Ittihad University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at American University RAK. Under his leadership, Flash Real Estate evolved from local brokerage to property development, emphasizing trust and client commitment in every endeavor.

Born and raised in Ras Al-Khaimah, Mr. AlBlooshi comes with a repertoire of industry knowledge and experience.Mr. AlBlooshi is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from American University RAK (2020-2022).
Under the leadership of Mr. AlBlooshi, the company steadily grew from a brokerage firm focusing on the local market to gradually venturing into the freehold sector, overseeing the various nodes of the establishment. He was in-tune with the pulse of the market and the potential it carried and envisioned Flash Real Estate to have a bigger impact and captained the firm’s venture into real estate development.
