Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential target markets and customer segments for lead generation.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns, leveraging digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Make outgoing calls and contact prospects to qualify and nurture leads.
- Direct email marketing to engage key clients and prospects, and maintain effective communication.
- Manage and maintain the lead generation database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct thorough market research and customer surveys to gather insights for potential leads.
- Participate in creating proposals and sales presentations, providing valuable input and support.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in lead nurturing and conversion.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively facilitate the sales process.

Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in cold calling, research, and database management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated experience working with Western companies is preferred.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics for decision-making.
