Graphic Designer & Property Photographer

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer & Property Photographer is responsible for producing high-quality visual content to support property marketing, leasing, and brand promotion. This role combines creative graphic design with professional property photography to enhance listings, advertisements, and company branding across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, floor plans, signage, banners, and real estate advertisements

- Create digital content for property listings, company website, social media, and email campaigns

- Maintain consistent visual branding across all properties and marketing materials

- Design templates for listings, presentations, reports, and proposals

- Collaborate with leasing, sales, and property management teams

Photography

- Conduct professional photo shoots for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties

- Capture interior, exterior, detail, and aerial images (if certified)

- Edit and retouch images to ensure quality and brand consistency

- Organize and manage a digital image library

- Ensure images meet platform and marketing requirements

Additional Responsibilities

- Support virtual tours, image sequencing, and basic video walkthroughs when required

- Prepare visual materials for property launches and promotional campaigns

- Assist with branding for new developments or managed properties

Software & Tools

- Adobe Creative Suite 

- Professional photography and lighting equipment

- Drone photography tools (preferred)

- Basic video editing software (advantage)

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Communication, or related field

- Experience in real estate or architectural photography preferred

- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and property photography

- Knowledge of layout, typography, and real estate marketing standards

Employment Details

- Job Type: Full-time

- Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month

Location: Ras Al Khaimah
