Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and optimize all digital marketing activities. The role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and real estate digital platforms, with hands-on management of advertising channels, websites, and automation tools to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.

 

Campaign & Channel Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, WhatsApp API Ads, and Email Marketing.

- Ensure performance optimization based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.

 

Website & Landing Page Management:

- Oversee company website performance, UX/UI optimization, and SEO best practices.

- Create, manage, and optimize landing pages for lead generation.

- Coordinate with developers and designers to improve website speed and conversion rates.

Email Marketing & CRM:

- Design and manage email campaigns, newsletters, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows.

- Integrate email marketing with CRM systems and automation platforms.

 

SEO, SEM & Performance Marketing:

- Lead SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.

- Manage SEM, PPC, and retargeting campaigns.

 

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting:

- Monitor performance using analytics and tracking tools.

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.

 

Team & Vendor Management:

- Lead internal marketing teams and coordinate with agencies and vendors.

- Set KPIs and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Qualifications:

-  A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, WhatsApp Business API, and email marketing tools.

- Experience in website and landing page optimization.

- Mandatory experience in real estate digital marketing.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Employment Details:

- Job Type: Full-time

- Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Interview: Face-to-Face Only

Visa Requirement: Company visa -UAE Resident
