Real Estate Broker / Sales Executive

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday to Friday
Reports To: Managing Director / Sales Manager


Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, closing deals, and providing outstanding service to clients looking to buy, sell, or lease properties. This role plays a critical part in driving our company’s growth while cultivating lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

Proactively seek sales opportunities via cold calls, networking, online platforms, and on-site visits.

Qualify and convert leads into potential buyers or tenants.

Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate property options.

Support clients throughout the full property transaction process (buying, selling, leasing).

3. Market & Product Knowledge

Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory.

Provide accurate and timely information about available properties and community amenities.

Ensure understanding of property documents, legal procedures, and UAE laws (RERA knowledge is an asset).

4. Sales Administration

Draft sales agreements, lease contracts, and other required documents.

Ensure compliance with legal and internal company policies.

Maintain CRM systems and update lead/client progress reports.


Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of UAE real estate sales experience (off-plan or secondary market).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred or required based on company policy).
