Job Description

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Property Consultant to join our Residential Sales & Leasing division. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. The role requires not only strong market knowledge and sales ability, but also creativity in marketing and content development for your listings.

You will work closely with your managers to develop tailored property solutions for clients, and you'll be expected to create your own promotional content (such as reels or walkthrough videos) to showcase the properties you handle.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the company in residential property transactions (sales and leasing).

Understand and analyze client requirements to recommend suitable properties.

Maintain deep knowledge of the local residential real estate market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.

Market and promote properties through multiple digital and traditional channels.

Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential clients.

Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

Negotiate deals and finalize sales or leasing contracts.

Produce a minimum of 2 content pieces per month (e.g., property reels or walkthrough videos).

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in residential real estate sales and leasing.

Strong sales and convincing ability.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Confident in presenting and creating property-related content.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Valid UAE Driving License (required).
